It is a lovely Villa which has all the charm of the Belle Epoque. In June, its thickets of flowering hydrangeas on both sides of its porch magnify its architecture.
Its ideal location at the entrance of the castle makes it one of the most appreciated “homes” by our customers aspiring to tranquility. It has its own garden, private pool and car park.
It accommodates up to 10 people.
The interior combines the charm of period mansions, with its high ceilings, parquet floors, and moldings, with its contemporary decoration.
A collection of posters, signed by the Nice-born artist Eric GARENCE, brightens up the walls, while paying homage to the Côte d’Azur: Nice, Cannes, La Colle-sur Loup, Antibes, Menton, Villefranche, Cagnes-sur- sea, Monaco… The Riviera journey begins here.

The Living Area
THE BELLE ÉPOQUE REVISITED
You will fully enjoy living in an interior where the beauty and spaces of the old walls have been preserved, rehabilitated in a very contemporary spirit: a combination of comfort, vibrant colors and high-quality materials.
On the ground floor, a large entrance leads to the living room with deep purple sofas with colorful cushions, then to the dining room, with direct access to the private garden, as well as to a huge modern fully organized kitchen, very functional, and its scullery with laundry room. The total surface of the Villa is 380 m².
The Night Area
A CONTEMPORARY ELEGANCE
The two upper floors of Villa La Magette are reserved for bedrooms.
On the 1st floor three spacious, elegant bedrooms are called HIBISCUS, LAVENDER, JASMINE. Each has its own bathroom or shower room wonderfully designed.
The bedrooms are furnished with king size beds offering incomparable comfort and wardrobes.
Under the roofs, SNOWDROP is an attic loft of approximately 70 m². Its bay window plunges into the Estérel. On either side, there are two king size beds that can accommodate four people.
A huge closet and a large bathroom with tub and shower complete this vast perched nest.
The Garden Area

Nature is so beautiful.
It is true haven of greenery nuanced by a symphony of pink, mauve, blue colors … A private and flowered garden of 2,500 m² where beautiful family and friendly celebrations are organized.
Dinner for 40 people or cocktail for 60 people, lounge turned into a dance floor… and no one will blame you for the midnight swim in the Villa’s private swimming pool… What a delight !
